What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with service, repair needs, and recommended maintenance

• Listen carefully to customer concerns and match them with appropriate service options

• Clearly explain repair needs and keep customers informed throughout their service visit

• Stay up to date on new products, features, and training opportunities

• Maintain a strong customer follow-up process to drive repeat and referral business

• Ensure a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by resolving concerns quickly and professionally

What You Bring

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 1–5 years of automotive service experience (preferred)

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
