Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of sales process, business philosophy and products
  • Manager of a team of 6-8 agents
  • Generate sales appointments through outbound prospecting and campaigns
  • Will follow and maintain the behavioral expectations consistent with the Company's visions/values
  • Ensure that department metrics and goals are met in relation to appointments set, appointments show and sold for Internet, and Inbound phone leads
  • Assist in and mentor in the process of generating the sales of vehicles
  • The ability to proficiently deal with customers via telephone and email
  • Manage employee schedules and time clock reporting for payroll
  • Measure, monitor, and report all shows and sold deals by the BDC Consultants for commission bonus
  • Hiring, evaluating, managing, counseling, terminating and disciplining of all BDC personnel
  • Effectively utilize CRM and Lead Management tools
  • Install processes and train employees

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years internet sales, sales management, or digital marketing experience (Automotive)
  • Must have sales experience
  • Must have flexible availability
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficient at operating a personal computer including CRM, Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work in call center environment
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and organized
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and consistently display professional demeanor
  • Excellent written/verbal skills
  • Great attitude and positive high-energy personality
  • Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries

Compensation:

Base Salary plus Aggressive Uncapped Performance Based Pay Plan!
