Are you good with people and love talking on the phone?  Can you talk and type at the same time? Well, join the BDC and Internet Sales team at Jeff D'Ambrosio Chrysler Jeep Ram in Downingtown, PA.  We are looking to expand our top-rated Internet Sales BDC team with the most energetic and helpful people.

Applicants must be process oriented, possess excellent organizational skills and have strong written and verbal communication skills.  Prior Sales, BDC, call center or automotive experience a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments via phone, live chat and email
• Making and receiving calls and text messages with customers looking for vehicles
• Monitor internet inquires for new and used vehicles provided timely responses
• Respond to all automotive shopper inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email
• Consult automotive shoppers to determine their needs and wants
• Daily follow up with automotive shoppers and profile logging

Requirements

• Highly efficient working on the computer

• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Comfortable working well in a team environment
• Motivated by performance and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
