Sales Manager

 Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group, is looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales department to new heights. The Sales Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for driving sales performance, motivating and training the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on engagement with customers, deal structuring, and a deep understanding of both prime and sub-prime automotive finance to implement effective sales strategies.

Finance experience is necessary to employ our sales strategy for both prime and sub-prime opportunities.

• Automotive Sales/ Finance Manager: 2 years (Required)

 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all new and used car sales and finance at the dealership
• Hands-on desking, structuring, and closing deals
• Business Planning, forecasting and execution to achieve projected goals and objectives for sales and profitability on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Manages vehicle inventory appraisals and reconditioning
• Must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the sales process
• Must be knowledgeable of vehicle titling processes
