Duties (to include, but not limited to)

  • Prep purchased/leased vehicle for delivery our customers
  • Walk around and inspect vehicle with customers after final paperwork is completed
  • Tailor a customized delivery of vehicle for customer to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Aid customer in pairing phones, setting radio stations, etc.
  • Manage customer's time efficiently to enhance customer's experience
  • Ensure customer is comfortable and confident with features/functions when they leave the dealership
  • Enroll new customer in manufacturer trials via iPad/tablet

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with "Team Player" mentality
  • High energy and self motivated individual with the drive to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities
  • Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
  • Ability to focus on a customer's needs, first. To enhance customer experience and over all personal success
  • Comfortable working with iPads/tablets
  • Must be able to work afternoons & weekends

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
