Byrider of Wausau is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily dealership operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize office filing systems

  • Check in vehicles and process related documentation

  • Pull and prepare completed deal files

  • Process DMV paperwork and vehicle titling documents

  • Handle lien payoff processing

  • Order and maintain office and store supplies

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers

  • Accept and process customer payments

  • Provide administrative support to the CNAC team as needed

  • Assist with additional office duties and special projects as assigned

Schedule

Approximately 20-25 hours per week:

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

  • Flexibility of hours can be discussed during the interview

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Valid Driver's license
  • Complete pre-employment drug screening.
  • Previous administrative, office, dealership, or customer service experience preferred
