 What you’ll do

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine problems on aerial lifts, telehandlers, compact equipment, and more
• Read schematics and use diagnostic software to find the root cause instead of throwing parts at it
• Handle PMs, rental turnarounds, and repairs efficiently so the fleet keeps moving
• Write clear work orders so the next person knows what was found and what was done
• Share what you know with newer techs when they get stuck

What you bring

• A few years of hands-on experience on heavy equipment, diesel, ag, or similar machines
• Confidence working through hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting without step-by-step direction
• Comfort with schematics, service manuals, and laptop diagnostics
• A valid driver’s license.
