What You’ll Do:

•  Win trust and close deals by getting hands-on with Bobcat and top-tier equipment in the field
•  Grow your territory by building a book of loyal, satisfied customers
•  Solve real-world challenges through smart solutions tailored to each client
• Manage your pipeline using cutting-edge CRM tools
•  Occasionally deliver demo or sold units to make the customer experience seamless
•  Collaborate with a powerful team that supports rentals, parts, and service—because we all succeed together

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (bonus points for construction or heavy equipment)
• Great communicator with killer follow-through
• Self-starter who can work independently and crush goals
• Familiar with CRM and Microsoft Office tools
• A clean driving record and willingness to travel within your territory
• High school diploma or equivalent (trade/technical school is a plus!)
