- Manage inventory and monitor market trends to optimize vehicle selection
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage a sales team with goals and set expectations

- Monthly specials
- Google reviews
- Stay up to date on incentives and all other GM programs
- Manage DealerSocket and follow up
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
