Sales Director

Pleban Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Cleveland, OH. This role is essential in driving occupancy and fostering relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. The ideal candidate will be passionate about senior living and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy goals and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance assessments.
• Coordinate with marketing to generate leads and increase brand awareness within the community.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to sales and resident engagement.

Requirements

• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
