Customer Service / Greeter / BDC representative/ Office Assistant

The new management team at Jaffarian Toyota Volvo is looking for a dynamic, organized and detail oriented individual to join our team and grow within our organization.

• Ability to promote great customer service and manage higher call volume with our BDC department 

• Toyota and Volvo brand training
• Will help maintain highest level of customer service
• Answering calls and working with departments to help customers 
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and people skills
• Able to work within a great team
• Demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
