Who We're Looking For:

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 1 year of experience in yacht sales with a demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions.
• Industry Connections: Strong network within the yachting community, including buyers, sellers, and fellow brokers.
• Client-Centric Approach: Skilled at building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Passion for Yachting: A deep understanding of the yacht market, including trends, valuations, and customer preferences.
• Licensed & Certified: Must hold a valid yacht brokerage license in Florida.

Your Role:

• Manage a portfolio of luxury yacht listings, from acquisition to closing.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop bespoke sales strategies for each listing.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and provide insights to clients on market conditions and opportunities.
