Responsibilities

  • Perform Quick Lane services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacement, brake inspections, alignments, and general maintenance
  • Assist senior technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and complex service procedures
  • Follow repair orders and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Test-drive vehicles and operate diagnostic tools to identify issues
  • Communicate findings clearly with service advisors regarding additional repairs
  • Learn and apply OEM repair processes, including warranty documentation
  • Stay current with new vehicle systems and service techniques through training
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Inspect and document condition of customer and new vehicles

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Quick Lane or general maintenance role preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent training
  • Strong interest in growing into a certified A-level technician
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Basic understanding of vehicle operating systems and diagnostics
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
  • Team player with good communication skills
