Automotive Service Technician

Irwin Lincoln Mazda is seeking a motivated and skilled B-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who is looking to continue developing their skills while performing quality diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in a supportive, team-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and mid-level repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems

• Diagnose and repair drivability issues under supervision when needed

• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle systems

• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and time estimates

• Maintain accurate repair orders and follow dealership processes

• Ensure a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines

• Continue building technical skills through Ford and ASE training program

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ford Certification

• Other manufacturers are encouraged to apply!  

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is preferred

• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
