Dealership Sales Consultant

Ira Ford Saco in Saco, ME is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our new car sales team. If you have a background in sales, a genuine love for working with people, and the drive to hit your goals, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and guide them toward the vehicle that best fits their needs
• Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures for obtaining proper identification
• Present vehicle features, performance, and available options in a clear and compelling way
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals as defined by the sales manager
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify opportunities to improve
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the Ford lineup

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check
