Key Responsibilities

Manage service orders and Drive Lane workflow, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service

Deliver a high-quality customer experience by going above and beyond expectations

Provide support for all customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone

Maximize technician productivity by effectively scheduling and distributing work

Assist customers with technical questions related to vehicle issues, warranties, and repairs

Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores in line with company goals

Support diagnostic processes and manage parts/tool orders as needed

Oversee warranty claim processes and contribute to service team training and supervision

Set employee schedules and assign tasks within the service department

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong factory relationships

Collaborate with management on hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions
Qualifications
