In-Home Caregiver

Help clients stay safe and independent at home, on a schedule that works for you.

As an Interim HealthCare Caregiver in Las Cruces and the surrounding areas, you’ll care for one client at a time, so you can build real relationships instead of rushing from visit to visit. When age or health makes daily activities difficult, you’ll help make each day a little easier and brighter. We are passionate about caring for people—and that starts with supporting our staff. What You’ll Get

• $13 to $15 per hour
• 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and support so seniors can live safely at home
• Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals, do light housekeeping, shop, and provide transportation
• Assist with walking, transferring, and range of motion exercises
• Give medication reminders, document clients’ condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Keep the home safe with clear, unobstructed pathways
• Spend time with clients on things they enjoy, like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

What You Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid NM Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (Highly preferred)
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (If applicable)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator
• Willingness to undergo training and certifications as needed
• Preferred previous caregiving experience (a plus, but not required)
• Bilingual (preferred but not required)
