  • Compensation with Respect – $95,000-$110,000 based on experience with up to a 20% bonus at target
  • Balance & Flexibility – Remote role with approximately 25% travel to support franchise partners in the field, offering flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining strong collaboration and support.
  • Comprehensive Support – PTO, holiday pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k) to care for you while you support others.
  • A Purpose-Driven Role – Empower franchise partners and teams nationwide to deliver quality staffing services that shape the future of healthcare.

As a Director of Medical Staffing Excellence, here’s a big picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Provide onboarding support for new franchise partners, including project management, licensure guidance, and training.

  • Coach and support franchise partners in effectively launching and sustaining the medical staffing business line.
  • Provide guidance to owners new to Personal Care & Hospice (PCH) as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards within medical staffing.

A few must-haves for our Director of Medical Staffing Excellence:
