Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

DSI Management, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional inhome care and support to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to helping others maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Position Overview

As a CNA, you will deliver nonmedical, handson support to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety, and help maintain a clean and comfortable environment. We are looking for professionals who are reliable, attentive, and passionate about providing highquality care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, and nutritional support.

• Promote a safe environment by maintaining clear, unobstructed pathways during care.

• Support ambulation, transfers, and rangeofmotion exercises as directed.

• Provide incidental and instructional ADL support such as meal preparation, shopping, socialization, and light housekeeping.

• Offer medication reminders as needed.

• Follow assignment sheets/service plans and perform only approved tasks.

• Accurately document observations, services provided, and client activities in a timely manner.

• Recognize, report, and document changes in client condition or safety concerns to a supervisor.

• Respect and uphold patient rights at all times.

• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, courteous demeanor while performing duties.

Requirements

• CNA State License (Required)

• 1 year of home healthcare experience (Preferred)

• Ability to work day shift (Preferred)

• Ability to work overnight shift (Preferred)

• Successful completion of a criminal background check and sex offender registry check

• Compliance with our DrugFree Workplace policy
