Interim Healthcare of Wichita, Inc. is a locally owned Home Health and Hospice Agency employing over 400 staff members.  We run both a weekly and a bi-weekly payroll.  This position is critical to the support of our overall operations.  If you are driven to deliver excellent customer service to our amazing staff members, you are made for this!

As a Payroll Clerk, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Performs all branch payroll activities, including, but not limited to transferring/inputting client orders to the system, organizing and inputting time slips, verifying visits for each client, calculating pay, making appropriate deductions, auditing input and processing weekly payroll.
• Complies with all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the payroll function using appropriate accounting standards.
• Provides management with needed payroll reports.
• Generates billing information from the system and sends to appropriate party

A few must-haves for a Payroll Clerk:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year payroll experience preferred.
