Physical Therapist - PRN Visit Schedule for 1-3 Patients

Essential Functions:

• Carries a patient census of 1-3 clients, as your schedule allows
• Develops the plan of care/treatment 
• Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments 
• Provides interventions and therapeutic treatments

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Current FL licensure as a physical therapist
• In the last five (5) years, two (2) years of experience as a physical therapist

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Proof of current CPR certification
• Able to visually and aurally observe and assess the patient.
• Able to effectively deal with changes based on patient needs and scheduling.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort: 

• Leon, Gadsden, or Wakulla county - your choice
• Work is performed in a client's residence
• Physical activity up to 50 lbs.
