Caregiver / HCA – Sebastopol

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is hiring caring, dependable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to support clients with compassionate, personalized in-home care in Sebastopol and the surrounding areas.

We offer a variety of shifts, including shorter shifts and weekend opportunities, with the potential to increase shift length over time.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver or HCA, you may be responsible for:

• Assisting with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Supporting mobility and maintaining a safe environment

• Running errands as needed

• Following personalized care plans and communicating with the care team

• Providing reliable, compassionate support that allows clients to remain comfortable and safe at home
