Caregiver / HCA – Windsor

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is looking for compassionate, reliable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide quality in-home care and support to clients in Windsor and the surrounding areas.

We offer a variety of shifts, including shorter shifts and weekend opportunities, with the potential to increase shift length over time.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver or HCA, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Assisting with mobility and promoting client safety

• Running errands as needed

• Following individualized care plans and communicating with the care team

• Providing compassionate, dependable care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes
