Caregiver / HCA – Marin County

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide in-home care and support to clients throughout Marin County.

We offer a variety of shifts, including shorter shifts and weekend opportunities, with the potential to increase shift length over time.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver or HCA, you may:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Assist with mobility and help ensure client safety

• Run errands as needed

• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with the care team

• Provide compassionate, dependable support that helps clients remain safe and comfortable at home

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient

• Experienced in caregiving, home care, or as an HCA preferred, but not required

• Reliable and professional

• Able to provide dependable transportation
