What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and optimize caregiver schedules to meet individual client needs
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and care expectations
• Handle referral calls, document job orders, and assist with staffing
• Maintain caregiver files and verify licenses, credentials, and certifications
• Support day-to-day office operations to keep things running smoothly

What You’ll Need:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least one (1) year of experience in clinical or home care scheduling, preferred
• At least one (1) year of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills with both clinical and administrative staff
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and tech-savviness
