Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
3613 NW 56th Street Suite 385, Oklahoma City, OK
Full Time
When you come to work with us, we go to work with you. Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the southwest quadrant of the OKC metro. You’ll get real one-on-one nursing, a schedule that leaves room for a life, and a team that actually shows up behind you. We aim to keep your visits in the southwest part of the metro and close to home whenever we can. If you already live in SW OKC or a nearby town, that’s a bonus, but it’s not required.
If you’re a hospital, clinic or long-term care nurse wondering whether home health nursing could fit, this is your sign to find out. You’ll see one patient at a time, use your full clinical judgment, and have LPNs, aides, therapists and an office team working alongside you.
What You’ll Earn
- Full-time: $40 per visit | Part-time: $35 per visit
- Start of Care (SOC): $100 | Resumption of Care (ROC): $75 | Recertification: $60
- Prefer a steady paycheck? A salaried option is available instead of per-visit pay
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.64/mile, or a company car for full-time
- Weekly pay every Friday
Schedule
- Full-time: weekdays plus two weekends a month, with a weekday off after each weekend you work
- Part-time: weekday visits built around your life, plus one weekend a month
- Daytime home visits, no 12-hour shifts
What You’ll Enjoy
- Health and dental coverage (full-time, and part-time at 30+ hours/week)
- Paid holidays and PTO that starts building on day one (full-time)
- 401(k) with up to 4% match (full-time)
- $25,000 company-paid life insurance (full-time)
- Short- and long-term disability options (full-time)
- A locally owned team where leadership knows your name
What You’ll Do as a Home Health RN
- Provide skilled home health nursing: assessments, wound care, medication management and chronic disease care
- Complete admissions and OASIS assessments and help shape each patient’s plan of care
- Work with LPNs, aides and therapists so no Home Health RN is carrying it alone
- Teach patients and families about their diagnosis, medications and staying safe at home
- Keep physicians updated and document visits in our EMR
What We’re Looking For
- Active Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact license
- Home health experience preferred, but registered nurses from any setting with strong assessment skills are welcome
- OASIS experience a plus
- Current CPR, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Comfortable working independently
Southwest Quadrant Coverage
This Home Health RN position primarily serves the southwest OKC metro, including SW Oklahoma City, Mustang, Yukon, Tuttle, Newcastle, Blanchard, Moore and nearby communities. Our goal is to group your visits as close to home as possible, though staffing and patient needs may sometimes call for visits in other parts of the metro.
