Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Personal Care & Hospice

Are you the person who keeps everything on track? Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our Personal Care at Home and Hospice teams. You'll be the steady, friendly voice our clients, families, and caregivers count on, and the one who makes sure every shift is covered and every call gets answered with care.

This CSR role sits at the heart of two of our most personal service lines. In Personal Care, you'll help families keep their loved ones safe and comfortable at home. In Hospice, you'll support patients and families during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. Schedule

• Full time, in-office
• Monday through Friday

What You'll Do

• Schedule and staff caregivers (HHAs, CNAs, and companions) for Personal Care clients, filling open shifts and call-offs quickly
• Support hospice scheduling and coordinate visits between aides, nurses, chaplains, and social workers
• Answer incoming calls and greet clients, families, and staff with warmth and professionalism
• Communicate compassionately with hospice patients and families
• Keep schedules, client records, and documentation accurate and up to date
• Assist with intake and new client setup as needed
• Partner with clinical leadership to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, consistent attendance. Our clients and caregivers depend on it
• Experience in scheduling, customer service, or a medical office preferred, but we'll train the right person
• Home care, personal care, or hospice experience is a plus
• Strong organization and the ability to shift priorities throughout the day
• Clear, kind communication by phone, email, and in person
• Calm and compassionate when conversations get emotional
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
