Job Summary:
Interim HealthCare is urgently hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) in Oklahoma City to provide compassionate in-home care for patients. This assignment requires coverage Thursday through Sunday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and is open to full-time or part-time caregivers. Full-time employees are eligible for a $500 retention bonus after 6 months of employment. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and support with daily activities for patients in their homes
- Follow the care plan and complete all scheduled tasks during assigned shifts
- Communicate effectively with the care team and report any changes in patient condition
- Maintain documentation as required
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care that meets Interim HealthCare’s high standards
Qualifications:
- Current HHA or CNA certification
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible and available during scheduled shifts (Thursday-Sunday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
