At Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled OT to join our team on a per diem basis.

Compensation

• $80 per evaluation

• Treatment rates negotiable based on experience

• Flexible per diem scheduling

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home occupational therapy evaluations

• Develop patient-centered plans of care

• Implement therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, safety, and adaptive techniques

• Recommend and educate on adaptive equipment

• Provide caregiver education

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We Are Looking For

• Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license

• CPR certification

• Home health experience preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills

• Self-motivated and organized

• Reliable transportation within the Oklahoma City service area
