Customer Service Representative – Home Health (Full-Time)

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our home health operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth, timely, and compassionate coordination of care for patients in the comfort of their own homes. What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and schedule home health visits to ensure efficient and timely care

Serve as a communication hub between patients, clinicians, and referral sources

Maintain accurate schedules and records within our electronic medical record system

Support overall care coordination, helping prioritize patient needs and staff assignments

Assist with general administrative tasks, including intake and benefit verification
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in healthcare scheduling or care coordination (home health preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using EMR systems
