Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a dynamic Intake Coordinator to support our growing team! In this high-energy role, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming referrals—ensuring a smooth, accurate, and efficient intake process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple referrals daily

  • Accurately receive and process all new patient referrals with urgency and attention to detail

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with referral sources, patients, and internal teams

  • Verify insurance coverage and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant

  • Coordinate scheduling for start-of-care and support clinicians with timely follow-through

  • Maintain detailed, up-to-date records in our electronic systems

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Prior experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare intake preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure and stay organized in a high-volume setting

  • Familiarity with insurance verification and EMR systems is a plus
