Location:
Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley

Status: Part Time with opportunity to build hours

Hourly rates: 
$19 - $25 per hour  

Shifts:
Days, Evenings, Nights- 8 and 12 hour shifts 

Shift start times:  
all shifts available

Requirements: 

• Current Qualified medication administration personnel(QMAP) license that is active in Colorado
• Current CPR Certification
• Vaccination Requirements
• Must also be a caregiver at minimum, a CNA is a huge plus!
