We are seeking experienced Surgical Technologists (Scrub) currently working in an Operating Room setting to participate in an SME remote clinical consulting role for content development 

This opportunity allows experienced clinicians to provide professional feedback and clinical insight related to healthcare assessment content development all from the comfort of home.

Assignment Details:

• Dates: July 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2026
• Schedule: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
• Location: Remote via Microsoft Teams
• Compensation: $25/hour
• Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist (Scrub) operating room experience within the last 5 years
• Current experience in an Operating Room setting
• Ability to participate fully during scheduled assignment hours
• Access to Microsoft Teams via laptop or desktop computer
• Updated professional resume with employment dates included
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured virtual clinical review sessions
• Provide feedback and professional insight related to surgical technology content and assessment materials
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals in guided discussions
• Review and evaluate clinical scenarios and related materials
