Job Requirements of the Medical Assistant

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program 

• Previous Medical Assistant experience required

• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

• Professional, compassionate approach to patient care

• Ability to meet the requirements of assigned healthcare facilities
