What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality med-surg level nursing care to inpatients overnight
• Partner closely with a co-assigned RN to manage the 20-bed unit
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including flu and other medical-surgical conditions
• Collaborate with the facility's care team to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license (NH)
• Comfort and confidence working night shifts
• Strong clinical skills in med-surg or inpatient care
• A team player who communicates well and stays calm under pressure
