Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a baby? Interim HealthCare is seeking an experienced RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing (PDN) care for an infant in New Boston, NH.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurse who enjoys providing personalized, attentive care and building a trusting relationship with a child and family.

Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Nursing
• Location: New Boston, NH
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Patient: Infant
• Care Setting: One-on-one pediatric home care

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience providing care to medically complex pediatric patients, including:

• G-tube feeding and management
• Suctioning
• Monitoring oxygen saturation/pulse oximetry as ordered
• Medication administration and management according to the patient's care plan
• Assistance with all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Providing safe, compassionate, and attentive one-on-one care
• Following the patient's individualized plan of care and communicating changes in condition appropriately

Pediatric home care or private duty nursing experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• G-tube experience required
• Suctioning experience required
• Pediatric nursing or home care experience preferred
• At least one year of nursing experience within the last five years preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality patient care
