We are currently seeking an LNA to support a young female client with chronic kidney disease and autism. This is a meaningful one-on-one care opportunity for a compassionate caregiver.
Client Needs Include:

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene

Someone patient, dependable, and supportive in helping her thrive

Schedule/ Pay
Hours: flexible day time hours to fit your schedule
Pay: $17.50/hour

As an LNA, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Provide the personal care and support our clients need to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
- Document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Ensure a safe home environment
A few must-haves for LNA's:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in NH
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
- Valid NH driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compassionate and caring nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
