We are a locally, family owned and operated healthcare agency that specializes in Home Health Visits and Private Duty Nursing. We are looking for a results oriented, driven individual to join our growing team!

As an Intake Specialist with Interim Healthcare you can expect:

What will I do as an Intake Specialist?

• Receive referrals via fax, telephone, or EMR systems and carry the patient from referral to admission
• Interact with physicians, case managers, and family members to ensure all required documentation and information is obtained for  a successful admission
• Communicate with marketing team to help promote care/services to prospective patients and referral sources
• Plan activities and initiate contact in the community to enhance the visibility of the company  and generate an increasing customer base

Requirements of an Intake Specialist:

• Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or equivalent experience
• Minimum One (1) year of working in an office setting as a member of a fast paced team
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.  Must be detail oriented.
