LPN - Weekends - PRN - On-Call

Job Opening: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN On-Call (Weekends Only) 12 hour shifts

 Location: Sango/Clarksville  Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday – On-Call Only

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team on a PRN/on-call basis, covering12 hour shifts, Friday through Sunday. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care during critical weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

• Catheter care: Maintenance, monitoring, and documentation

• Wound care: Dressing changes, infection prevention, and healing assessments

• Patient turning: Every 2 hours to prevent pressure injuries

• Medication administration: Accurate and timely delivery per physician orders

• Shower days: Assist with hygiene and perform full-body assessments

• Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough records of patient care

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of [Insert State]

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to on-call needs
