RN -Neuroscience and Pain Ambulatory  Clinic- Up to $74.20/ Hour

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Phone Triage Registered Nurses to support an Advanced Care/ Primary clinic.  This RN plays a critical role in assisting patients and creating successful outcomes by triaging calls and coordinating patient care.

This role is focused on telephonic patient triage and clinical decision support. 

Pay Rate:  $63.60 to $74.20 per hour

Schedule:  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8a-4:30p with the potential of picking up Tuesday.

Location:  St. Paul

Role Highlights:

• Provide phone-based nursing triage and clinical guidance

• Work with addiction medicine, chronic pain and interventional pain patients

• Assess symptoms, determine level of care, and escalate appropriately

• Utilize clinical protocols and documentation systems

• Collaborate with providers and care teams to support patient outcomes

• Coordinating patient care including medication refills

• Utilizing the  EPIC/ inbasket system and E-messages for necessary documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Minnesota AND Wisconsin.  Wisconsin license can be obtained within 45 days of hire

• Prior phone triage, in-person triage, or phone-based nursing experience strongly preferred

• Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross only)

• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls and priorities
