Physical Therapist

PT Home Health Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Interim HealthCare - Maine. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic care to patients in Berwick, ME, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life through tailored treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and preventive care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.
• Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred.
