As a Psych Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with inpatient clients
• Assess patients’ mental health status and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute episodes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality regulations

A few must-haves for Psych Therapists:

• Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling Required. May have - LSW, LCSW, LMHA, LMHC, LMFA, LMFT
• Active license with in the state of Indiana
• 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
