What You'll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate, individualized support that allows seniors to continue living independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and assistance to help clients maintain their independence and well-being

• Assisting with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation

• Offering companionship and encouraging meaningful social interaction

• Helping clients with mobility, including walking, transfers, and range-of-motion activities

• Providing medication reminders, observing changes in client conditions, and communicating concerns to your supervisor

• Keeping the home environment clean, comfortable, and safe

• Engaging clients in enjoyable activities such as games, reading, puzzles, and personal hobbies

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one month of healthcare experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
