REQUIREMENTS

1-2 YEARS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED,

HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE A PLUS!!!

CURRENT CALIFORNIA OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST LICENSE

CPR (BLS FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS) CERTIFICATION

CURRENT TB AND PHYSICAL (WITHIN 1 YEAR) ALSO REQUIRED
