Personal Care Aide PCA

Now Hiring: Personal Care Aide PCA
Location: Full Scope of Lackawanna County
Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime shifts visiting 3–4 clients per day
Pay: $15/hour + Mileage Reimbursement

Interim HealthCare of Scranton is seeking reliable, compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide non-medical in-home support to multiple clients throughout the day. You’ll assist with personal care, daily activities, and errands, helping clients maintain their independence and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities of the Personal Care Aide PCA:

• Travel from client to client through the day

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

• Run errands and accompany clients to doctor’s appointments or outings

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client condition

Minimum Requirements for the Personal Care Aide PCA:

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)

• Must have a Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  
  
• Must be CPR and First Aide certified
