Now Hiring: In-Home Caregiver – Per Diem
Location: Lackawanna County, PA
Pay: $15/hour – Paid Weekly
Schedule: Per Diem – All Shifts Available (Days, Evenings, Overnights)

Interim HealthCare of Scranton is hiring compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in Lackawanna County. This per diem opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work with the potential to grow into consistent part-time or full-time hours as our client base expands.

Key Responsibilities for the In-home caregiver:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

• Support with transfers, mobility, and safe ambulation

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition

• Follow individualized care plans and agency safety protocols

Minimum Requirements for the In-home caregiver:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional)

• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
