Physical Therapist (PT)

Interim HealthCare of Bellevue is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality therapy in facility environments. This position offers flexible scheduling, the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, and a supportive team atmosphere. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient mobility and functional limitations in the home setting

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans

• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safe and effective recovery

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document care in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State PT license

• Minimum one (1) year of PT experience 

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment

• Weekly pay via direct deposit
