Occupational Therapist (OT)

Interim HealthCare of Bellevue is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team on a per diem basis. This position offers flexibility and autonomy while delivering high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the Bellevue and greater Seattle area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient functional status and home environment

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to restore and promote optimal patient function and independence

• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the use of adaptive techniques and equipment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nurses, physicians, and other therapists

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health or clinical rehabilitation setting

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $48–$60/hour, depending on  assignment
