Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ann Arbor, MI looking for a consistent, part-time opportunity to make a difference in your community? We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to support our Wellness Wednesday program on a bi-weekly basis. This is a PRN (as-needed) position, requiring approximately 4 hours of commitment every other week.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Vital Signs Checks: Accurately taking and recording vital signs for program participants.

  • INR Checks: Performing INR (International Normalized Ratio) checks and documenting results as required.

  • Bi-Weekly Medication Setup: Assisting clients with their bi-weekly medication setup, ensuring accuracy and providing guidance as needed.

What You'll Do:

As a Home Health RN, you'll provide compassionate, home-based care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Assessments & Vitals: Taking vitals, conducting comprehensive assessments, and documenting patient progress.

  • Care Collaboration: Working with a multidisciplinary team (physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and aides) to deliver high-quality patient care.

  • Patient & Family Education: Developing and assisting with care plans, teaching self-care techniques, and educating families on medication and home safety.

  • Reporting & Coordination: Reporting changes and collaborating on discharge planning.


 

What You'll Bring:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
  • CPR certification.

  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

  • Strong clinical proficiency in nursing, excellent communication skills, and compassion.
