Schedulers enjoy the following Benefits:

• Pay range between $41,6000 and $52,000 per year, with merit increases

Home Care Schedulers assist with:

• Scheduling caregivers for home care assignments and are personally responsible that all shifts are covered by caregivers.
• Making sure that caregivers are clocking in and out on time and completing all the assigned tasks.
• Conducting Client-Caregiver introductions.
• Conducting home supervision visits and manages caregivers to achieve an acceptable level of patient/client satisfaction.
• Ensuring access to appropriately qualified support twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
• Ensuring that appropriate action is taken to resolve caregiver or client concerns or complaints.
• Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
• Medicaid experience Preferred. 

Requirements for our Home Care Schedulers:

• CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant). Preferred.
• Experience working as a scheduler at Home Care Agency Preferred.
• Medicaid experience Preferred
• Knowledgeable of computer programs and business software.
• Speak Spanish
• Passion for Caring for Seniors.
